    Meet Vivian Dunstan

    Hi, I’m Vivian!

Originally from the UK, I moved to Sydney in 2003 with my husband and two young daughters. I’m an adult with ADHD and a parent to a now-adult daughter with ADHD.

Why I Started ADHD Support Australia

Raising my daughter showed me the gaps in ADHD support and awareness. I took action—starting with a local support group and growing into this national hub. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats:

      • Master of Teaching graduate
      • Homeschooler
      • Netball coach
      • Founder of the original ADHD directory (2014)
      • Certified PEERS® provider
      • Certified Digital Health Educator (NIDHW)
      • ADDCA ADHD Coach (Advanced Level)
      • Parenting program facilitator
      • Raise Foundation mentor
      • NeuroACT program provider

Everything I’ve created—courses, programs, directories—comes from lived experience and a passion to make life easier for others walking a similar path.

      What I’m About

I’m a lifelong learner, a problem-solver, and a conscious living advocate. You’ll find me at the farmers market, barefoot at the beach, or researching ADHD, wellness, and parenting with my cat in tow.

I’m obsessed with podcasts, wear blue-light-blocking glasses at night, and believe we owe it to future generations to take care of this planet.

Creating ADHD Support Australia has been a labour of love, and I hope you find it a helpful, healing space.
